FACILITY USAGE PROCEDURES

*All inquiries are considered during weekly staff meetings.
*Groups may be asked to provide proof of liability insurance with a minimum occurrence limit of $1,000,000.
*There is a $30 non-refundable deposit due to secure your date once it has been approved.
*The deposit is applied towards your balance which is due one week prior to your event.

Second Baptist Church Building 
Conference Room $15.00 / hour
Classroom $10.00 / hour per room
Fellowship Hall $250.00 minimum
Overnight Groups $3.00 per person per night
For weddings, camps, ongoing or multi-day activities, please contact the church office for fees.

Christian Family Life Center
Membership fees are required for use of fitness room and racquetball court.
Use of walking track only is free.
Annual membership fee church members                                 $  60.00 ($5/month)
Annual membership fee non-members                                 $120.00 ($10/month)

Gym rental                             $50.00 / hour

Soccer field rental (half or whole field)                            $50.00 or $100.00 / hour

Birthday party rentals in CFLC lobby
starting at $50.00 / hour

(additional fees may apply, depending on activity)

Set-up and clean-up times will be charged the hourly fee.
